Strategic Plan
Strategic Action Plan July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2027
Based on Board and staff input, environmental scanning, and ongoing priorities, the following goals were developed:

1. Embrace the Library's role as a community leader and connector

2. Champion initiatives that actively promote inclusivity

3. Purposefully align the Library's collections, services, programs, and use of its building with the community

4. Support the well-being and professional growth of our staff
